OWNER BENEFITS
We are pleased to offer three types of arrangements with the Farm / Land owner. The exact terms will vary depending upon market conditions and individual situations. The return and risk of each type of Farm / Land owner is taken in to consideration.
Cash Rent
The Farm / Landowner allows us to farm his land for an extended period of time. In exchange we pay a fixed cash amount for the life of the lease.
Costs Plus Arrangement
The Farm / Landowner owner hires us to farm his land. The Farm / Landowner provides for all the cropping expenses including tilling, planting, harvesting etc. Farm / Landowner pays EUROFARMS a fixed management fee, plus the total input costs. In addition the Farm / Landowner gives us a specified percentage of the harvest.
Long Term Partnership
The Farm / Landowner grants us the right to farm the land for an extended period of time. The Farm / Landowner chooses to pay a one time charge that includes all the costs related to tilling, planting, harvesting etc. in exchange for a percent of the profit over the life of the agreement.
